Helping writers become bestselling authors

A Beautiful Place

April 7, 2009 by BECCA PUGLISI

This past weekend I was in Banff National Park, located here in Alberta. Talk about gorgeous scenery. I just had to share some photos of the Canadian Rockies.

Have a great week!

🙂 My father’s best friend lived near there and passed away last year. It was such a terrible time, but he stayed at the hotel right there on the lake while helping his friend’s family prepare for the funeral and he said the scenery fed his sad soul! Just beautiful!!

    Wow…great pictures!
I was out that way when I was a young child, but that was forever ago. One of these days, maybe I’ll get back there. Meanwhile, I’ll enjoy your photos.

Those pictures make me homesick for Scotland!

I wish I lived in Canada now too. Remind me I said that come January…

    Gorgeous photos!
But I can’t see mention of Banff without thinking of the episode of ‘F-Troop’ about the ‘Burglar of Banff-ff’

I went there about 6 1/2 years ago and it’s still standing out in my mind as one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen, including Switzerland. 😀

I envy that you’re so close! I live in the Rockies, but wow, the mountains there seem so much larger!
